[Email hey@meetalto.ai](mailto:hey@meetalto.ai) with the workspace name, affected account, approximate time and time zone, what you expected, and the exact error. Include a campaign or request ID if the app provides one.

Do not include API keys, access tokens, passwords, or unneeded customer details. Redact customer content in screenshots. For a possibly completed send or action, describe the uncertain result before retrying it.
