# Connect your other tools

Choose an integration by the job it performs and verify the result beyond the connection screen.

Open **Settings → Integrations**. The available cards and controls reflect your workspace's current capabilities. Workspace-owner access may be required for connection changes.

| Notify the team about work needing a human | Slack, when available and enabled | [Team notifications](https://docs.meetalto.ai/using-meet-alto/integrations/slack) |

These connections are not interchangeable. A store connection is not a campaign contact-push destination, and a scheduling connection is not an email list.

## A reliable setup pattern

1. Choose the tool and the workspace that should own its connection.
2. Complete the sign-in or credential flow in the app. Never paste credentials into a chat or public guide.
3. Review the connection's account, health, and selected destination.
4. Configure the workflow that will use it; connecting alone does not define the trigger.
5. Test with details you control and verify the result in the destination tool.

If authorization expires, use the connection's recovery or reconnect control. Read the effects before disconnecting: workflows may depend on it. For uncertain sync or booking results, inspect the destination before retrying.

Integration management through the dashboard does not imply that the same actions are available in the current [MCP release](https://docs.meetalto.ai/mcp).
